The positioning and brand story. The specific, honest version, not the polished one. Built from what’s true about the business, not from what sounds good in a pitch.


3. ARCHITECTURE.

The messaging framework. One consistent truth expressed across every touchpoint: the website, the socials, the sales conversation, the proposals, the onboarding. Same story, many expressions.


4. STRATEGY.

The channel and content strategy built around the commercial objective. Not a calendar. The brief that makes the calendar make sense.
